It’s officially the month of sunflowers in Georgia. We wait all year to head to this beautiful farm, and it is just about that time, Georgians. When the sunflowers are about to be in full bloom, that is the time you drop everything and run to this farm in Georgia. Whether you snag a bundle to bring home or you walk among the towering flowers and snag some epic photos, this is the farm you need to visit before it’s too late.
One of the prettiest sunflower farms is opening soon and it’s time to start planning your trip.
Anderson’s Sunflower Farm is opening in July officially for sunflower season and you need to mark your calendars so you don’t miss out.
Sunflower season happens pretty quickly, usually showcasing a full bloom for about two weeks.
You can pay $10 per car to visit the farm, which allows you to park and explore the farm for the afternoon.
If you’re shooting a few quick shots, then you’ll be good to go, but anyone with a professional camera will need to pay $35.
Which in the scheme of things isn’t too bad to have one of the greatest blooms in Georgia captured on film for eternity.
If you want to take some sunflowers to go, then check out the pre-cut ones offered at the farm stand, or you can even clip your own.
Make sure to snag some of that local honey when you visit, because you can’t get honey quite like this anywhere else.
