Georgia is filled with hiking trails throughout the state, some that take all day to trek and others that are short and quick, but worth it. The Adi-Hi Falls Trail in Georgia is the latter - clocking in at 0.4-miles out and back. But what makes this short hike worth it is the fact there is a waterfall along the way, it won’t take hours to complete, plus the trail is dog-friendly, so you can bring your fur friend as long as they’re leashed! Sounds like a win-win across the board.
There is a short and sweet trail in Black Rock Mountain State Park that will take guests out and back, with a waterfall in between.
The Adi-Hi Falls Trail in Georgia is rated as moderate, and should be trekked from March until November for the best and safest weather conditions.
At just 0.4 miles out and back, visitors won’t need to trek too far in order to step into nature.
However, do be prepared, the trail is comprised of steps/staircases and a hiking path, which makes it a steep climb to get back to the parking lot.
But we do recommend making the short journey, especially because of the beautiful waterfall along the way!
It’s a small waterfall compared to others (hello, Amicalola!) but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t a gem.
Plus, for less than a half-mile to get there and back, it’s the perfect little trail in nature to get your fill without spending all day hiking.
