The hike is quite strenuous, so it's not meant for all skill levels. If you are fortunate enough to take the trail to the mini grand canyon, you'll be required to bring along a day pack and plenty of water and snacks for the hike so make sure to plan ahead.
Along the hike you'll have a chance to stop at the East Sinks viewing deck which provides a breathtaking view of the entire area.
At this lookout point you'll get to observe one of the best views in the park of these magnificent sandstone cliffs that surround a 1,200 acre canyon.
