Sometimes, we all just need a wide open space to unleash our inner child. With nearly 50,000 square-feet of trampolines, foam pits, trapeze swings, Ninja courses, and so many more attractions, Defy Tucson offers exactly that. It's one of Arizona's largest indoor obstacle parks!
Formerly a major department store, this 41,000 square-foot building is now home to one of Arizona's largest indoor entertainment centers. Defy features over a dozen attractions, from trampolines to an obstacle course inspired by American Ninja Warrior, to guarantee everyone has a blast regardless of age or skill level.
Upon first entering in, your eyes won't quite know where to look first. Every inch of space is packed with fun, yet challenging activities like dodgeball, ziplining, trampolines, trapeze swings, and so much more.
A great place for beginners to start would be the freestyle obstacle course. With no pressure or time constraints, it allows newbies to learn the ropes at their own pace. Oh, and just remember the official finish line is atop the massive warped wall ending the course.
Test your strength and agility skills on the Ninja Course, with eight unique lanes all featuring different obstacles from the show. Challenge your friends to see who can finish with the best time, or master all eight yourself for ultimate bragging rights.
Go head-to-head with friends and family on the Log Roll, where you'll try to knock the other person off with a soft baton (all the while making sure to maintain your own balance). A sea of foam underneath guarantees a soft landing for the loser, which should slightly lessen the blow coming in second.
An entire room full of trampolines turns even the most grounded people into kangaroos. 'Defy' gravity in this 3000-square-foot space, jumping off the floor and walls just like a superhero. It's a great workout, and there's even a separate tumble platform for aspiring gymnasts who really want to work up a good sweat.
Once you're all tuckered out, plop down into a special foam pit made just for relaxing. There are no obstacles connected to it, so no need to fret about someone accidentally landing feet-first on top of you.
