Are you in search of fall festivities for your spooky season itinerary? Look no further than Apple Annie's Orchard in Wilcox. This charming family farm has some of the best tree-ripened apples in Arizona, but that's not all -- a pumpkin patch, sunflower field, country store, and the state's largest corn maze promise endless autumn fun.
We wrote about the corn maze at Apple Annie's a few years ago, but there's so much more festive fun to be had at the orchard!
From pumpkins to sunflowers to fresh-baked pies, fall is when this family farm truly comes alive. You'll find the fall festivities at 6405 West Williams Road, Willcox, AZ 85643.
Ten different varieties of apples grow in the orchard, and visitors are welcome to pick their own.
Several types ripen in October, so you're in for a real treat! Pick-your-own vegetables are also available. Want the hard work done for you? Already picked fruits and veggies can be purchased during your visit. The orchard is located at 2081 West Hardy Road, Willcox, AZ 85643.
Just look at all the stunning fall foliage! Whether you're picking apples or not, it's a must to stroll through the fruit trees and marvel at their vivid hues.
Don't forget your camera! We can't imagine a better backdrop for a festive photoshoot.
Take a hayride out to the 40-acre pumpkin patch, enjoying spectacular views of the distant mountains on your way there.
Over two dozen pumpkin varieties are ripe for the picking, and they come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. No matter what the perfect pumpkin looks like to you, rest assured it's hiding somewhere in the bunch. Pre-picked pumpkins are also available!
It wouldn't be fall without a trip through the largest corn maze in Arizona.
Spanning 20 acres of twists, turns, and dead ends, this iconic attraction is family-friendly and takes about two hours to complete. Opening day is the last weekend in September.
You'll receive a "passport" with trivia questions that, when answered correctly, help you navigate the maze. Admission is $10 for ages 12+, $8 for kids 3-11, and no charge for two and under. Discounts are available when purchasing a hayride and corn maze combo ticket.
Not many people associate sunflowers with autumn, but they're in full bloom this time of year at the orchard!
Frolic through the field, take pictures and even cut yourself a bouquet. The flowers bloom until the first frost, which usually happens in late October.
Don't forget to stop by Apple Annie's Country Store on your way home!
It's open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. every day except Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, & Easter.
Address: 1510 North Circle I Road, Willcox, AZ 85643.
Inside, you'll find a swath of freshly baked desserts -- including their signature apple bread.
Pies, fudge, homemade apple butter, and a full lunch menu promise to delight your taste buds from all angles. The baked goods feature tree-ripened apples straight from the orchard, and the quality is evident after just one bite. Also in the Country Store is a gift shop and market with tons of seasonal items.
