This is Wildlife World Zoo and Aquarium located in Litchfield Park, about 30 minutes from central Phoenix.
The zoo first opened in 1984 and has some pretty cool features you'll want to check out.
Like most zoos, it has a number of exhibits that house exotic animals you definitely wouldn't be able to find in Arizona.
Flamingos, big cats, rhinos, and so many other animals live here and you'll not only be able to see them...
...you can also watch them participate in shows.
They certainly like to show off!
There are also amazing opportunities to interact with some of them as well!
The opportunity to feed a giraffe is definitely one that most children—and adults—won't soon forget!
You'll get to walk up onto this platform so you can easily reach their head and feed them a small number of pellets.
The Lory Parrots are always fun to feed too.
They'll even come down and land on your hand if you offer them a snack!
Wildlife World also features an impressive aquarium filled with colorful fish and other sea life.
The fun doesn't end with the animals! You can hop aboard a variety of rides, like this safari train that takes you to see a variety of animals living in habitats, as well as a petting zoo and play area.
Other similar tours include a boat ride and a Skyride high above the animal habitats.
You can even enjoy some amusement park-style rides here as well!
The log flume ride is always a popular choice when the temperatures start to rise.
