Alabama's Red Mountain Park offers the ultimate outdoor adventure that's perfect for visitors of all ages and skill levels. This unique adventure park, which is hidden within a forest, is definitely worth checking out.
Red Mountain Park is located in Birmingham, Alabama. It features four unique courses that'll have you zipping, climbing and repelling through the forest for an unforgettable experience.
The Vulcan Materials Zip Trip course lasts approximately one hour and will have you soaring 40 feet above Red Mountain. Throughout this adventure course, you'll travel from one treehouse to the next by a series of seven ziplines.
For a more challenging adventure, you'll want to try the Hugh Kaul Beanstalk Forest course. This unique treetop course features 20 rope and cable obstacles, which range from easy to challenging. Like the Vulcan Materials Zip Trip course, the Hugh Kaul Beanstalk Forest course lasts approximately one hour.
If you enjoy rock climbing, you'll most certainly want to try the Kaul Adventure Tower. This 80-foot tower offers eight lanes of rappelling, and there's nothing else quite like it.
The Mega Zip at the Kaul Adventure Tower will have you soaring 80 feet in the air at a speed of 30 mph. You can either choose to do this activity solo, or race side by side with a friend or family member.
Without a doubt, this is one adventure park that's most certainly worth a visit!
