Put on your helmet; rev up your engine, and hit the gas at Xtreme Racing Center of Branson, which boasts...
A 3,500-foot, concrete racing track. In fact, Xtreme Racing Center of Branson bills itself as having the longest high-speed go-kart track in the U.S.
You must start racing in one of the Pro Karts. However, once you qualify, you can move up to the Xtreme Kart, touted as the area's fastest go-karts.
Get ready...get set...and start racing around the track. From the moment you start moving, your time is being tracked.
Each heat lasts approximately six minutes, so be prepared for fast-paced action and non-stop thrills.
Racers on the main track must be a minimum of 11 years old and stand at least four feet, three inches tall.
That doesn't mean the kiddos can't race, too. The Junior Track welcomes kids seven and older who stand at least four feet tall.
If you would prefer to watch family or friends race from the sidelines, you can do that too. Just grab a seat on one of the benches or at a picnic table.
Buckle in to your go-kart at Xtreme Racing Center of Branson, currently open daily from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m.
