Life can get so incredibly busy that sometimes we forget to slow down and appreciate the natural beauty that’s around us. While hiking gives us the chance to breathe in the fresh air and reconnect with nature, it also allows us to take a little time out for ourselves. When you’ve got a few hours free, consider filling them with a stroll along this scenic trail in Missouri that’s brimming with natural beauty.
Whether you yearn for a little alone time or prefer an outing with the family, you’ll quickly discover that the Line Creek Trail provides an idyllic backdrop for a relaxing adventure.
Tallying 8.2 miles, the picturesque path is brimming with natural beauty and even a few fairytale features – like two footbridges. The paved trail makes it ideal for hikers and bikers.
Because the trail is concrete and measures approximately eight feet wide, it’s also handicap and stroller accessible. Pick up the trail at one of several trailheads, including Renner Brenner Park, Line Creek Gower Avenue Trailhead, and Homestead Park.
There are a few areas along the trail that have a slight grade which may make it challenging for strollers and those in wheelchairs.
