While Tahquamenon Falls are certainly the most famous in the Great Lakes State, there’s one beautiful waterfall in Michigan that you simply must explore.
Bond Falls is a waterfall located near Paulding within the lovely Ontonagon River.
To access the falls, follow US-45 to Paulding in Michigan’s U.P., then travel approximately two and a half miles east of town on Bond Falls Road.
A visit to Bond Falls Scenic Site will allow you to get up close and personal with one of Michigan’s most marvelous natural attractions.

The walk to the falls is relatively leisurely, with a paved pathway located approximately 300 feet from the parking area. For a closer look, wooded trails are also available.
The falls themselves cascade down approximately 50 feet of beautiful rocks. You’ll be in awe of their beauty and power as the cool water rushes past.
Forested splendor surrounds the falls, which never seem to get less delightful. No matter how many times you’ve visited, you'll surely be impressed.
