The techniques and recipes that founder Angelo Brocato learned in Sicily have been passed down from generation to generation, and are still used today in their shop! Everything is made from scratch, from the ricotta cheese filling to the shells.
These flaky Italian desserts are stuffed fresh to order, so you never have to deal with a soggy shell.

Why We Love It: It's taken several trips for me to figure out my perfect "weekender bag that's TSA approved," but I've found my perfect carry on with the TOBIQ Colorado 30L.
