There are several campsites you can rent, which is great, because you’ll want to spend a few days here. There are also both primitive campsites and RV hook-ups.
The kids will love Legacy Park, a huge playground loaded with interactive activities that are great for kids of all ages and abilities.
You can also bring your kayak or canoe and spend some time paddling around the lake and feeding the ducks.
But one of the most popular attractions to the park are the trails.
Rated as one of the best mountain biking trails in America, cyclists will love traversing the hilly terrain at the park’s 10-mile trail.
There’s also a 1.25-mile walking path that winds around the lake.
Don't forget to check out the waterfall!
If you can time your visit after a rain, you'll see it fully cascading.
