Ford Park is one of northern Louisiana’s favorite community parks. The park offers lovely views of Cross Lake, a disc golf course, tennis courts, a playground, and more. You could easily spend an afternoon at Ford Park in Shreveport, Louisiana.
There are two ballfields, two playgrounds, an 18-hole disc golf course, a fishing pier, and a boat launch. That pretty much covers all of your outdoor adventures!
Even though this is one of the most popular parks in Shreveport, there are plenty of picnic tables peppered around the park. It’s easy to find your own little corner.
Turtles and birds are the most popular sightings, but you may catch a couple of deer coming out from the tree line if you’re lucky.
