I love going out into nature, and fortunately for those of us in Kansas, there’s no shortage of wonderful parks to explore here. One of our favorite trails in the Sunflower State is the George Latham Hiking Trail in Woodridge Primitive Park. This 4.1-mile loop trail is in Lawrence, but it’s an unexpectedly remote area of the city, and there’s plenty of peace to be found there. Check it out:
