Welcome to G's Frozen Custard!
It's a shop in Topeka, KS that doesn't look like much on the outside, but holds the key to amazing flavors within.
This local spot has been serving custard since 1991.
But don't take their young age to mean that they don't know what Kansans want. And what Kansans want is something called brown bread custard, which is very different from your typical type of frozen custard
They rotate 10-15 flavors on a daily basis, but you'll always find brown bread in demand.
Other flavors, seasonal or otherwise, are just as good if they happen to be out of stock of our favorite.
Even though we prefer our brown bread custard plain...
...you can add any toppings you like to make it into your favorite new Kansas sweet treat.
Anytime you come through Topeka, it's worth stopping by the city's best ice cream spot.
They've been voted the best in town for a while, so it's about time they earn a spot on your Kansas bucket list this year.
