Waterfalls are always something we love to see, and even more than seeing, we love to hear them. This little waterfall named Angel Falls is a spot we think everyone should see sometime. Tiny trail, tiny falls, here we come! Who is ready for some Kansas nature and relaxation?
Welcome to a beautiful scene known as Angel Falls. This secluded area has been evading our attention for years, and thanks to a suggestion from our readers, we've found a new favorite.
The trail leading up to Angel Falls is pretty short, and also paved for easy going.
Then you come upon a bridge, well built and plenty wide enough to traverse with ease. Who doesn't love a little bridge?
The pavement drops off for the waterfall of course, and you can venture down to dip your toes in or sit near the water for a soothing break.
A few days after a good rain is a great time to visit, especially if you want to enjoy the flowing water sounds for a while. There's just something about smaller waterfalls that trickles in our ears so perfectly.
The half-mile trail is open for both biking and hiking, and if you're lucky, you'll catch one of Lansing's events they hold along the trail path. Fall festival, anyone?
For a peaceful place or a bit of nature on your road trip in the area, think about spending awhile at this little waterfall.
There's bound to be plenty of places you've seen that we've missed. For those special places, we listen to suggestions at our suggestion box here!
