It’s so nice to get away from everyday life and head to a peaceful and scenic spot where you can just unplug and unwind. And what better way to do that than to get out into Iowa’s beautiful countryside? The Little Swan Lake Winery Bed and Breakfast provides a perfect country respite where you can hide away, recharge and just enjoy the scenery.
Little Swan Lake Winery and B&B is truly unique. Not only is it located at a working winery, the B&B is in a renovated grain elevator.
Tucked away in scenic northwest Iowa along Little Swan Lake, it is truly a beautiful and restful spot perfect for getting away from it all.
The Winery and B&B are family owned and operated by the Benjamin family, and they have been in business since 2002.
There are three different room choices in the B&B. There’s the Swan Room, a cottage-style room with a queen-sized bed, whirlpool tub and deck.
There’s the Buffalo Room, with rustic decor, wooden soaking tub and a deck that offers a view of the buffalo.
And, there’s the Lake Suite, a cozy, rustic hideaway with two bedrooms and a kitchenette.

In the tasting room, located in a renovated 1920s barn, you can choose samples from 35 different kinds of wine that are produced onsite. There’s also gourmet cheese and buffalo meat from their own herd. And, they regularly host events in the barn.
