For more than 20 years, Bardenay, with locations in Boise, Eagle, and Coeur d’Alene, has been delighting every guest who comes through its doors. With a large selection of cocktails and spirits made on premise and food that will make your mouth water, Bardenay is truly a culinary masterpiece.
Welcome to Bardenay! This distillery first opened its doors in a brick warehouse on Basque Block in downtown Boise in 2000.
This event was historic as Bardenay was the first business to receive a distillery permit from the Federal Government to operate in a public space. This makes it the oldest distillery and restaurant in the country.
Today, when you visit, you can sit down and enjoy a good drink and a delicious meal in the beautiful dining room …
… or outdoors on the charming patio.
There are plenty of drinks to choose from that range from cocktails and spirits to wine and beer. There are also non-alcoholic drinks available as well.

Start with an appetizer like a cheeseboard, chicken wings, smoked trout, and even seared rare peppered ahi tuna.
When it comes to your main dish, try one of the many satays, tacos, and salad options on the menu. There is also quite a selection of sandwiches and burgers.

Children are welcome at this restaurant and a variety of kids' meal options are available for the youngsters like a hamburger, buttered noodles, and a tuna sandwich.
