If you’re craving a big, juicy steak (emphasis on the "big"), Schwarz’s Supper Club won’t just meat your expectations—it will completely surpass them! And that’s because the legendary supper club serves up steaks that are nothing short of massive, with some of the biggest weighing in at several dozen ounces. Take a look:

A tiny, unincorporated community, St. Anna probably isn’t on your radar…but it should be, and that’s because it’s where you’ll find Schwarz’s Supper Club!
Since opening in 1957, it’s remained one of the area’s top supper clubs, which says a lot, considering that it’s located in Calumet County, the “Supper Club Capital of the Midwest.”
The eatery’s reputation isn’t the only thing that’s grown over the years. Schwarz’s started off as a one-room tavern, and today, it includes several dining rooms and serves upwards of 700 people a night!
And like most other supper clubs, Schwarz’s boasts a full bar. However, unlike other supper clubs, the bar is where diners place their orders.
Yep, that’s right. You’ll walk in, go to the bar, and ask for a menu, which features a tasty fare of steaks, seafood, from-scratch sides, and more.
Every item on Schwarz’s menu is delicious, so you really can’t go wrong; however, you don’t want to make the mis-steak of passing up the steak!
.
A steak lover’s dream come true, the beefy selection features a variety of cuts, including rib-eyes, T-bones, porterhouses, tenderloins, New York strips, and…
…giant prime ribs!
Perfect for steak cravings of all sizes, the prime ribs come in a range of sizes, starting at 10 ounces all the way up to 52 ounces.
It’s not just the size of the prime rib that’s impressive, though.
Another huge perk is the incredible flavor, which probably has something to do with the fact that each prime rib is rubbed by hand with a secret blend of seasoning and then slow cooked overnight.
The end result is a juicy, flavorful steak that’s so tender that you can cut it with a butter knife.
