1. King Solomon’s Reef Cafe & Lounge, Olympia

Our state's capital is packed with quality dining options, but this spot stays open til 3am for all of the real night owls. They serve up burgers, sandwiches, fried snacks, and hearty breakfasts all day, like the Eggs Benedict, as pictured. It comes with two poached eggs on a toasted English muffin, slices of ham, and covered in hollandaise sauce.

2. The 5 Point Cafe, Belltown, Seattle

This classic, 24-hour cafe & bar in Belltown is open no matter what time you get hungry. They've got one of the best Happy Hour menus in all of Seattle, with fresh breakfasts served all day, melt-in-your-mouth sandwiches and thick, juicy burgers.

3. Cowiche Canyon Kitchen+Icehouse, Yakima

Yakima isn't really known to have a lot of fine dining, but this top-rated kitchen proves there are still delicious options around the valley at night. They're open on Sundays & Mondays until 10pm, Tuesdays & Wednesdays until 11pm, and the rest of the week you can find them serving sandwiches, burgers and handcrafted cocktails until midnight.

4. Next Door Gastropub, Port Angeles

There are a lot of things to love about this place in the heart of Port Angeles. The fresh cuisine's made with local ingredients, their artisan beer selection on tap is huge, and they stay open pretty late - til 11pm on Sundays-Thursdays, and up until midnight on the weekends.

5. MSM Deli, Tacoma

Forget Subway - this hot spot's by far the most raved about place in Tacoma to pick up a sandwich. Their fresh creations are made on a soft French bread, and they're absolutely legendary. MSM stays open past other delis, until 9:30pm, or 11:30pm on the weekends. Their most popular option, the Mike's Deluxe, comes piled high with turkey, ham and roast beef.

6. Indigo Kitchen & Ale House, Lynnwood

Even after dark, the drive up to this restaurant just north of Seattle is always so worth it. Their kitchen stays open til midnight creating home-style entrees, like meatloaf, cider-brined pork chops, and brewpub staples like burgers and fish tacos.

7. Moondogs Too, Port Orchard

Open 'til 2am, this restaurant & bar is one of the best options on the Kitsap Peninsula for late night grub. Their burgers, nachos, and fresh clam chowder are practically guaranteed to get your mouth watering. With such excellent food & service, someone even left a $5,000 tip here a few years back.

8. Main Event Sport Grill, Vancouver (Downtown & Eastside)

If you're looking for a more family-friendly restaurant that's open late, check out one of these sporty locations around Vancouver. They feature big screen TVs everywhere, as well as a menu with dishes like salmon, steak and pasta. They're open until 2am, seven days a week.

9. AB Crepes, Bellingham

Sweet or savory, crepes are never a bad idea. This locally-owned spot in the heart of downtown serves a variety of flavors to try if you're craving something new for a change. They're open Sundays & Tuesdays until 9pm, Wednesdays & Thursdays until 2am, and Fridays & Saturday until 2:30am.

10. Quinn’s, Capitol Hill, Seattle

This lively gastropub can be found right in the middle of Capitol Hill's bustling late-night food scene. They're open until 1am everyday, with a broad selection of brews, as well as gourmet eats like fish & chips, burgers and appetizers.

11. Satellite Diner & Lounge, Spokane

Between the homemade soups, breakfasts, sandwiches, burgers and craft brews, the late-night menu here is basically what dreams are made of. Open til 4am, you'll find this classic diner's a consistent, solid place to stop by downtown after it gets dark.
