What a find! And 'find' is exactly right... This place is a little hard to locate, but it's definitely worth the hunt. Trust us, it's worth it. Made to order burritos and bowls and serious spice for anyone who want to bring it on. They have frozen burritos to go, too. Call ahead, they have limited hours, often closing at 3pm.
Along with a stellar beer selection, the Mad Taco even makes there own hot sauce! You should try all of them, even if you feel silly bringing 9 different ramekins back to your table. It's an extremely laid back place and absolutely awesome food.
Mexican food and breakfast pair so well together, and this cafe does it perfectly. The pork carnitas are juicy, flavorful and not too salty and complemented nicely by fresh tomato salsa and the sour cream. It gets packed here, and after one visit you'll understand why!

Very complex flavors with fairly simple ingredients, and isn't that that goal of most great food? Well this place takes a few kinds of perfectly prepared proteins with rich hearty flavors, puts them on a tortilla of your choice, enhances them with creative Mexican sauces and fresh traditional ingredients - and BAM - you have a handful of complete yumminess. The fact that they use local ingredients and non-GMO products in an extra awesome bonus.
The ambiance at Three Stones is great: dim lighting nice music, Mexican-style decor....there are only 8 tables, so call ahead to make reservations. To top off the fabulous food, the sangria is also a big hit and the service is great!
The Thai chicken peanut burrito is a marvel - so unique and unbelievably tasty, especially with the house-made hot sauce. An extra bonus? Their bottled water was only $1.

Why We Love It: It's taken several trips for me to figure out my perfect "weekender bag that's TSA approved," but I've found my perfect carry on with the TOBIQ Colorado 30L.
