Croshaw’s Gourmet Pies was established in St. George in 1991. It was the creation of Greg Croshaw, a local college football coach, and Ron Lloyd, who developed many tasty recipes after working for years in a pie shop.
As you walk inside Croshaw’s Gourmet Pies, you’ll notice a welcoming and beautifully decorated interior. It may not be a large pie shop but everything on the menu will leave a big impression.
While you can find many cream pies on the menu, the fruit pies are quite popular — and delicious. These pies are made using only real fruit and absolutely no preservatives.
If you want something a little more savory, try a chicken, turkey, or beef pot pie. You can also dive into a bite of quiche — ham and cheese or spinach and cheese options are available.
Large pies are perfect for celebrations, holidays, or other special occasions. However, try the mini pies if you simply want something small and you don’t want to share with anyone else.

Why We Love It: It's taken several trips for me to figure out my perfect "weekender bag that's TSA approved," but I've found my perfect carry on with the TOBIQ Colorado 30L.
