8. Kaffe Mercantile, Ogden
Well, you know the coffee's good, but the quiche is quite possibly the best in the entire state. 1221 26th Street, Ogden.
9. Original Pancake House, Salt Lake City
This little gem in Sugarhouse is famous for its Dutch Baby - an oven-baked pancake served with butter, lemon and confectioner's sugar. 790 E. 2100 S., Salt Lake City.
10. The Park Cafe, Salt Lake City
This fun, cozy spot is located right across the street from Liberty Park. It doesn't matter what you get here - it's all seriously delicious, but listen up. When they ask you what side you want, it's the Park Potatoes. Trust us on this one. 604 E. 1300 S., Salt Lake City.
11. Penny Ann's Cafe, Draper, Salt Lake City, Taylorsville
Penny Ann's slogan is "Home of the Heavenly Pancakes" and this adorable restaurant absolutely lives up to it. Get whatever sounds good, but please for the love of all that is good...get a side of pancakes. They'll spoil you for any others. Three locations in the Salt Lake Valley - Draper, SLC and Taylorsville.
12. Pig & A Jelly Jar, Salt Lake City and Ogden
Pig & A Jelly Jar is one of Salt Lake's coziest brunch spots. And the food! You've just got to try the chicken and waffles here. 401 E. 900 S., Salt Lake City and 227 25th Street, Ogden.
13. Ruth's Diner, Salt Lake City
You're gonna wait for a table at Ruth's. Maybe for an entire hour. But it's worth it! In the meantime, enjoy a mimosa or bloody Mary while you wait for those mile-high biscuits. 4160 Emigration Canyon Road, Salt Lake City.
