4. Serenitea (Sugar Land)
This adorable little shop is the kind of place that would make tea enthusiasts swoon. Lunch and afternoon tea consists of finger sandwiches, scones, and more dainty bites served on tiered plates just like in England. 5. Martha's Bloomers (Navasota)
