This brewery is off the beaten path, but it's worth the drive. Using organic ingredients and water from their well, Jester King attracts beer-lovers from all over. Take the drive to 13005 Fitzhugh Road. You'll be so happy you did.
2. Austin Beerworks
From the Fire Eagle IPA to the Pearl Snap Pils, Austin Beerworks makes some of Austin's favorite brews. You can get their delicious concoctions at most local bars, but their brewery is not to be missed. Check them out at 3009 Industrial Ter, Ste 150.
3. Hops and Grain
Located at 507 Calles St, Hops and Grain truly embodies the Austin experience. Their beer is not only delicious, but it's environmentally friendly. Hops and Grain use sustainable practices and donate 1% of profits to environmental causes.
4. 512 Brewing
When you visit the 512 Brewery at 407 Radam, you must grab a glass of their Pecan Porter. This brewing company has a foundation in English and Belgian recipes, but they throw in their own Austin flair.
5. ZIlker Brewing
This trendy brewery at 1701 E 6th St is perfect for a date night or casual hangout. When you go, try the Coffee Milk Stout.
6. Adelbert's Brewery
Adelbert's Brewery uses only non-GMO malted barley. Taste their brews at 2314 Rutland Dr, Ste 100.
7. Independence Brewing Co.

Fans of sour beers will freak over the brews at Blue Owl. This vibrant, hip brewery is located on the east side at 2400 E Cesar Chavez St, Ste 300.
