Everyone knows that Tennessee has some of the best scenery in the country, so it's hard to imagine anything that could elevate (pun intended) the experience of simply surveying the beauty of our state. This rooftop restaurant in Memphis has done just that. Offering some of the most picturesque views and delectable food in Tennessee, the Twilight Sky Terrace is an experience that you won't want to miss out on. Here's why.
The Twilight Sky Terrace in downtown Memphis is the perfect place to enjoy great food and the unbelievable Tennessee scenery at the same time. The restaurant's position also offers perfect, unobstructed views of the most pristine Tennessee sunsets you'll ever see.
The Terrace sits on top of the Madison Hotel, a boutique luxury hotel known for its contemporary design. In fact, the hotel is rated Four Diamonds from AAA!
Twilight is known for their cocktails. Their bar menu features regularly changing craft concoctions. Try one of the fan favorites like the Rockstar or the Serenade.
The food menu features small plates and appetizers, but that doesn't mean that these bites aren't incredible. Any regular will tell you that the sliders are always great, and the flatbreads are killer, too!
Looking at the menu and don't see anything you like? No worries -- just ask the friendly wait staff if they have anything off menu. They often do and are always more than willing to please their customers.
Fair warning: the restaurant does come with a cover charge on nights when they have a live DJ (Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays after 7:30 PM), which is $10 per person. As long as you go before that time or on another day, though, you can avoid this cost.
So what are you waiting for? The Twilight Sky Terrace opens at 4 PM every day and stays open to midnight on weeknights and 1 AM on weekends. The address for the Madison Hotel is 79 Madison Avenue in Memphis.
