3. Slim & Husky's - P.R.E.A.M
In case you're curious what P.R.E.A.M. means, it's "pizza rules everything around me". Slim & Husky's was opened by a handful of neighborhood boys who have turned a lucrative business model into a local destination. The P.R.E.A.M tops your classic pizza pie with white sauce, sausage, spinach, sausage, onions and pepperoni. (Various Locations)
4. Emmy Squared - The Emmy
At Emmy Squared we'd definitely recommend you order the classic Emmy. You'll find cheese under the sauce here, and the Emmy has red onion and banana peppers slathered with an herbed ranch aioli. It's hot, it's spicy, it's fresh and all sorts of delicious. (404 12th Ave S)
5. Five Points Pizza - Pepperoni
This classic Nashville joint is great when it comes to a classic slice of pepperoni. Whether you choose to dine-in or simply walk up to their takeout window, a hot slice of something savory is just what the doctor ordered on chilly winter days. (1012 Woodland Street)
6. Bella Napoli - Margherita
Bella Napoli is another local favorite, both for it's twinkling, back-alley location and the delicious pasta and pizzas that run amuck on the menu. Order the classic Margherita pizza if you're looking to indulge in a simple combination with a mind-blowing reward. (1200 Villa Place #206)
7. DeSano Pizza Bakery - San Gennaro
The San Gennaro at Desano Pizza is topped with classic tomato sauce, garlic, caramelized onion, sausage, peppadews and three types of cheese, including pecorino romano. (115 16th Ave S)
