11. Josephine - 2316 12th Ave S
Open from 10-3 on the weekends, Josephine has a stunning interior design and extensive, seasonal menu that serves up everything from classic omelets to Nashville hot chicken and biscuits.
10. Sky Blue Cafe - 700 Fatherland Street
Known for their pancake and french toast conglomeration and fun trivia games peppered around the tables, Sky Blue is an East Nashville favorite that opens REALLY early - at 7 a.m. - just in case you can't wait until ten.
9. Marche Artisan Foods - 1000 Main Street
The european inspired eatery always has scads of folks waiting outside for their tartines and decadent breakfast items.
8. Butcher & Bee Nashville - 902 Main Street
A small plate spot, you can order from their tapas-style selection to fuller plates like green eggs and lamb or the IFC - Israeli fried chicken.
7. Biscuit Love - 316 11th Ave S
Fabulous bo-nuts (donuts made out of biscuit dough) and that ever present Nashville sign have come to define the well-known Biscuit Love. Their skillet options make for a perfect, heavy start to every morning - and their diner mugs are the CUTEST.
6. Mad Donna's - 1313 Woodland St
This east Nashville hot spot is great for big parties and hefty appetites. They've been known to host quite a few on their patio during the hot months, and their extensive menu is a win for the whole group.
5. 5th & Taylor - 1411 5th Ave N
An upscale eatery located in Germantown, you can order favorite Southern staples like shrimp and grits or go for something a little more interesting like bacon wrapped quail.
4. Butchertown Hall - 1416 4th Ave N
This is one of our favorite places in the city. Their offerings may be slightly more meat-based (hence the name), but we wouldn't say no to a fabulous sausage + coffee combo. Plus, the interior is like something out of a magazine. This is most definitely a Germantown gem.
3. Saint Anejo - 1120 McGavock Street
Open for brunch from 10-3 on the weekends, Saint Anejo is located in the Gulch and a local favorite is the cornbread with chorizo queso. They also have a great Bloody Mary + bacon combo. Yum!
2. Virago - 1126 McGavock Street
Brunch AND a view - during certain months of the year, so you should probably check, folks. Virago is well-known for being a sushi spot, but their new brunch menu has been publicized as a traditional Japanese breakfast with southern flair. You up for the challenge?

After suffering from a fire earlier this year, Husk Nashville is back and better than ever. Located in a historic mansion just south of Broadway, their farm-to-table offerings and Southern comfort flair truly make this a place to frequent.
