2. B&C Market BBQ
Located in the Nashville Farmer's Market, B&C Market BBQ stands out among the many food stalls in the market. Be sure to save room for their grits, which are out of this world! (900 Rosa L Parks Blvd)
3. Jack's Bar-B-Que
Jack's Bar-B-Que has multiple locations across town, but for the true experience, you need to go to the original location on Lower Broadway. The line often wraps out the door, but don't let that deter you. (416 Broadway)
4. Martin's BBQ Joint
Continuing through downtown Nashville, the next stop is Martin's BBQ Joint. Often lauded as the area's best barbecue, the downtown location also has a beer garden in the back that is the perfect oasis in this bustling downtown area. (410 4th Ave S)
5. Peg Leg Porker
Peg Leg Porker might not be where you'd quite expect, nestled between downtown and The Gulch, but they easily have the best ribs in town. Their lines often get long at lunch, so be sure to get there early. (903 Gleaves St)
6. Edley's Bar-B-Que
Edley's is another popular joint that has multiple locations around town, but you need to go to the original location on 12th Avenue South. Their lines are long, but the wait is so worth it. Be sure to get the brisket if you're there for lunch! (2706 12th Ave S)
7. The Gambling Stick Barbecue & Catering
If you blink as you're driving up Gallatin, you might miss this hidden gem in East Nashville. The Gambling Sticks is a permanent food truck on the side of the road, but Wednesday through Saturday, they serve up some of the best barbecue you'll find anywhere. (501 Gallatin Ave)
8. Center Point Pit BBQ
To finish off our trail, we head up to Hendersonville for Center Point Pit Barbecue, which itself is worthy of a pilgrimage. Their no-frills barbecue is exactly what you want in a barbecue joint, and they'll always leave you full and satisfied. (1212 W Main St)
