It's hard to deny a pizza craving - pandemic, or not. It's also getting more and more difficult not to miss the mouthwatering goodness that doesn't waiver until every last bite has been consumed - or the Old World smell of a truly wonderful pizza joint, or even more so, the hustle and bustle of sitting among your own tribe in the midst of a sea of strangers - all savoring the same experience. This is especially true when the pizza is as downright delicious as the pies from Myles Pizza Pub in Greenville.
Even in the midst of a global pandemic, Myles Pizza Pub is still rockin' their delicious pies — and they're loaded with ooey gooey cheese and any toppings you can imagine.
But there's something else to mention about Myles...
Greenville's newest pizza joint opened to the public less than 90 days before the pandemic ground their dining room business to a halt.
Imagine: you build a new building, open for business, have a dining room that's booming with guests who can't get enough of your food... and then... before you can even take a breath to enjoy it all, the pandemic changes everything. What a heart breaking brick wall to hit.
Thankfully, Myles quickly responded with curbside service for their entire menu, except the beer, of course.
Speaking of the menu, it's top heavy in the best way possible and features an impressive 37 toppings and six different sauces. Gluten-free crust is also available. Expect to find something to please everyone in the family.
If you have a finicky family and everyone wants their own, that's no problem. Just order 9-inch or 12-inch pies for everyone.
The pies are available in 9, 12, 14, and 16-inch sizes. And prepare to eat them with a fork! These slices are meant to be savored, nice and slow.
The menu also features other baked delights. For starters, bring home a loaf (five or eight slices) of their signature garlic bread. Again... cheesy beyond belief. And it's served with a side of marinara.
Consider a big salad, especially since you're ordering curbside delivery. Seven salads in a variety of sizes are loaded into the menu.
And if you're really seeking the ultimate new-to-you starter, order their tomato bread. Garlic butter, tomato slices, oregano, mozzarella cheese, and any toppings you want make this starter a no-brainer.
We love being able to feature small businesses that need some extra love during this funky and frustrating time in our lives. Myles opened up just before Christmas 2019 and held a grand opening in January. Sixty days later... the business model took a sharp turn, and Myles is still open!
Have you tried Myles Pizza Pub's amazing food yet? It's available for curbside pick up and we hope that soon, we'll all be sitting in that bustling dining room again, grazing among friends (and strangers) on some of the best and cheesiest pizza in South Carolina. You can get in touch to place an order by phone at (864) 509-1416. During the pandemic, the hours are 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays only. Give them a follow on Facebook.
