These may be strange times we're living in, but fortunately, we can still have fun. And while there are plenty of places to do that here in Rhode Island, if you're looking for a laid back eatery that's a bit campy in the best way, you can't go wrong with Camp Nowhere in North Providence. Not only does this place serve delicious food and fantastic drinks, but you won't find a cheaper price tag anywhere.
You'll find Camp Nowhere on Smith Street in North Providence in a building that's impossible to miss.
And this is one place that's as amazing as it looks.
The interior of the cabin-style eatery is warm, cozy, and welcoming.
They really uphold the camp theme here in the best way.
Camp Nowhere was founded by JP Rutkovsky and Ezra Spitzer-Williams, two college friends who met at Johnson & Wales.
They had two goals when they opened: to create a delicious menu and to make it affordable.
Needless to say, these two succeeded at both.
This place is best known for its $3 food menu, and it's far from bargain bar food. From gourmet sliders to addictive nachos, everything on the menu is incredibly good.
And it doesn't end with food — the drink menu is also fantastic.
Treat yourself to a $3 vodka, rum, gin, or tequila-based cocktail, all with names like Bug Juice and Cactus Moonrise.
Did you know you can order the entire food menu here for $48?
Bring a small group in a try it. And don't forget to take advantage of one of the $3 desserts, like Fried Oreos.
A visit to Camp Nowhere is both the cure to a bad day and the best way to celebrate a good day.
Everything is made on-site with fresh, tasty ingredients, but you'd never know it by the price tag.
Now, this is a camp we can all get behind. Have you ever visited Camp Nowhere?
