The Haunted Harmony Inn, originally home to prominent Pennsylvanian Austin Pearce in 1856, underwent numerous transformations during its storied history.

Facing business ruin, Pearce eventually sold his home to the Zieglers, a family that was also well-known in Pennsylvania at the time. Zielger renovated the home, transforming it into a popular saloon and hotel.

The Ziegler Hotel earned distinction as one of the first establishments to have a liquor license.

Another is a little girl in a white dress who wanders around the second floor of the restaurant. Who she is remains a mystery, although some have called her Emily. Emily can often be seen sitting in front of an upstairs window, forlorn as she stares outside.
