Settle in to your cozy seat at The Whip Tavern, an authentic English pub in PA horse country. Enjoy a traditional English meal such as shepherd's pie, fish and chips, or bangers and mash. The Whip Tavern is open from 11 a.m. to midnight each day except Tuesday. Stop by for Sunday brunch between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

5. Horn O’ Plenty – 220 Wolfsburg Road, Bedford, PA 15522
Expect a leisurely dining experience at Horn 'O Plenty, which bills itself as a "freshtaurant." The farm-to-table restaurant features an assortment of dishes, including wood-fired pizza, halupki, and stuffed peppers. Visit for lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch. The restaurant's eclectic menu features such popular entrees as seared sea scallops, braised cabbage roll, and pork tenderloin. Lunch is served at the Accomac from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Monday through Saturday. Visit for dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday brunch is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
7. Hometown Kitchen – 18 Furnace Road, Quarryville, PA 17566
Craving a homemade meal like mom used to make? Hometown Kitchen's got you covered. The authentic Amish restaurant serves such comfort meals as chicken pot pie, open-faced roast beef, and homemade meatloaf. A kids' menu is also available. Hometown Kitchen welcomes guests Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday from 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
8. Historic Piper Tavern – Pennsylvania 413, Pipersville, PA 18947
Enjoy a delightful meal at the Historic Piper Tavern, which dates back to 1759. The charming tavern boasts an extensive menu with such dishes as pierogies, Rockafeller Pie, and blackened salmon. A kid's menu is also available.
The Historic Piper Tavern welcomes diners Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Visit Friday and Saturday between 11 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. or on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
9. Cashtown Inn – 1325 Old Route 30, Orrtanna, PA 17353
Feel as though you've traveled back in time at Cashtown Inn, a country bed and breakfast and restaurant. The restaurant focuses on serving dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. Popular dinner entrees include eggplant, filet mignon, and salmon. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner service begins at 5 p.m.
10. Arielle’s Country Inn – 740 Allentown Road, Sellersville, PA 18960
Named one of America's most romantic restaurants, Arielle's Country Inn provides an enchanting setting and an eclectic menu. Opt for such entrees as chicken breast, filet mignon, surf and turf, or lobster ravioli. Kids can choose between linguine with butter and cheese and chicken fingers. Arielle's Country Inn begins serving dinner at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday and at 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
