Why should the kids have all of the fun? We adults need our own playgrounds, too, where we can kick back, relax, have a drink, and maybe indulge in some old-fashioned fun – like playing our favorite arcade games from yesteryear. That’s just what you can do at Bartari in Pennsylvania.
Feel the stress of life melt away at Bartari in Scranton, a virtual playground that boasts a retro vibe. It, in fact, bills itself as “part restaurant, part bar, part arcade.”
However you describe it, Bartari’s the perfect destination for a bit of fun. Make sure you come hungry, too, because the menu’s brimming with deliciousness.
If you’re not too hungry, dig into one of the nibbles and dippers – fried cheddar curds with marinara, fish fingers, or fried dill pickle chips, for example.
The menu also features all of the classics we loved as kids – pizza, burgers, wings, and nachos. Sometimes a salad hits the spot, too.
Bartari also dishes up some delicious entrees, including fried chicken and waffles, mac and cheese, and sea bass tacos. Follow it all with a tasty dessert.
While you can fill up on delicious food, don’t forget to play some of the arcade games, too, for a real blast from the past. How about a game or two of Ms. Pac Man or Centipede?
Check out the pinball machines – like Tempest and Bay Watch – and have a go or two.
What pairs better with a few arcade games than a delicious drink? Choose from a generous selection of beers and Bartari cocktails.
Stop by the official Facebook of Bartari for more information.
