It's a little dining establishment located in a 100-year old house that has become a local favorite with lake goers and visitors from all over the globe. It was voted one of the 100 top American cuisine restaurants in the country by OpenTable customers and their outstanding online reviews back up this impressive accolade.
Located in the small lake town of Langley, The Artichoke Restaurant and Bar serves steaks, chicken, seafood, and, of course, artichokes in a century-old farmhouse.
For over 15 years, they have been serving exquisite cuisine in a cozy and charming setting just moments away from the popular Grand Lake.
They use many homegrown vegetables and herbs from their on-site garden and you can taste the high-quality ingredients in every dish. Start your meal off with one of their whole artichokes served with clarified butter, mayo, or sour cream.
You'll find a fantastic selection of 6 salads, ranging in size from starter sizes to full meals with grilled chicken or salmon.
Customers rave about all the food but the steaks seem to get extra attention due to their fantastic flavor and quality. All steaks come served with soup or house salad and one additional side.
Other dishes you'll find on the menu include salmon, tilapia, catfish, pasta, shrimp, steak soup, and more.
The Artichoke is open Tuesday - Saturday for dinner only, starting at 5:00 p.m. It's located about one mile north of the 82 & 28 Interchange in the town of Langley.
