With too many awards to mention and having been featured in countless national publications, the food never disappoints. Lines are often formed outside even before doors open at 10:30 a.m. which is a testament to how far folks will go for amazing barbecue. The pictures below are sure to make your mouth water.
There are now two locations to choose from in the Tulsa area. You better show up early if you want a seat. As many regulars will tell you, the wait can get mighty long if you are not here early...and it's always worth it.
The atmosphere is laid back and rustic. Order at the counter and wait for the friendly staff to yell out your name when your food is ready. There are picnic tables both inside and out. This isn't fine dining...its casual dining at its best.
The chopped brisket is always a fan favorite. Whether you prefer it by the pound or just a brisket sandwich, they have you covered.
There are ribs and then there are ribs from Burn Co. These slow-smoked ribs fall off the bone and are one of the most popular items on the menu. Be forewarned, they have been known to run out.
The side dishes are not afterthoughts here. Many patrons will make the trip specifically just for the creamy mac and cheese (topped with bacon bits) which has won numerous awards.
If cooking at home is more your style then stop by the meat counter. All the different varieties of meat sold in the restaurant are also available for you to bbq at home.
