No call-ahead needed, unless you plan on going with a group of more than 8. Stop in Tuesday through Friday between 4 and 10:30 p.m., Saturday between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., and Sunday between 11 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.
4. Mia Bella Restaurant, 12200 Mayfield Road, Cleveland
Make every night a bella notte at this beautiful destination in Little Italy. Walk the streets and watch the sunset, then stop by Mia Bella Restaurant Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday through Saturday from noon through 11 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m.
5. Otto Moser's, 1425 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland
This American-style restaurant is a staple of Playhouse Square, and it celebrates the stars of the big stage by serving up sandwiches named in their honor. It opens Monday through Saturday at 11:30 a.m., though closing time is largely dependent upon the show schedule at the surrounding theaters.

That's exactly what you'll find at this industrial-chic restaurant, which is opens daily at 11:30 a.m. and closes Monday through Thursday at 10 p.m., Saturday at midnight, and Sunday at 10 p.m.
9. The Spotted Owl, 710 Jefferson Avenue, Cleveland
There is something about Tremont that exudes charm, and each little business nestled into the city has been infected by that awesomeness. Open daily between 5 p.m. and 2 a.m., you simply must swing by this bar after you enjoy a Cleveland-area dinner.
