Colonel De Gourmet Herbs & Spices began as a dream of De Stewart to share his knowledge of spices and how they impact the flavor of food.

That dream grew into a successful local business, which is based in Fort Thomas. You can find their items in stores and markets all over town. Sadly, Colonel De passed away in 2018, but his family continues on with his legacy and business. You can read the entire story on the company's website.
Before the Colonel passed away, he, his wife, and the company opened Colonel's Kitchen & Catering in Fort Thomas.
