2. Red Pepper - Grand Forks

They have been named the best place to get late-night food in the entire country by Esquire. There is no better place to satisfy those late-night taco cravings than here. The building of the main location may be a bit unusual, but their food is nothing but amazing. It is an experience everyone needs to have!

3. Azteca - Grafton

This hidden gem in Grafton has authentic Mexican food you might think is hard to come by in this state. This includes their super tasty soft shell tacos, made to order right before your eyes. They are packed with great ingredients that come together in perfect harmony to result in an awesome meal.

4. Vinyl Taco - Fargo

This place has character you won't find anywhere else, and great tacos to boot! Vinyl Taco is proud of its handcrafted taco creations as well as the ambience of their shop that plays, you guessed it, vinyl all day, every day. The tortillas you get the tacos in are always round - like a record - and topped with yummy goodness. It's a little different but well worth a try (or three, or four...).

5. Mi Mexico - Minot

One of this place's most notable and loved meals is their steak tacos. My mouth is watering just looking at them! The steak is always cooked to perfection and served with taco goodness that combine in a way that will make your tastebuds go crazy.
