Midwood Smokehouse is a popular Charlotte BBQ joint with four locations in the QC. Sauceman's BBQ Grill opened in 2010 on S. Tryon St. and specializes in Lexington BBQ, which is chopped into thick chunks and served in between Texas-style toast or on a sandwich bun.
