As residents of the city of Buffalo, we're more than familiar with what it's like to discover and attend a delicious food festival. In the past, we've highlighted how during our warmer months you can experience things like Larkin Square's Food Truck Tuesdays, while later this month you'll even have the chance to attend an entire festival that's dedicated to nothing but whiskey at the Whiskey Riot Festival! Well, if you were looking to discover a food-based event that puts you in a sea of something a little sweeter, then see what you'll be able to discover at this year's Sweet Tooth Festival.
Happening at Buffalo’s largest entertainment destination, Buffalo Riverworks will be the host of this year’s Sweet Tooth Festival.
This year, the Sweet Tooth Festival in Buffalo is set to have its own Bubbly Bar that will be decked out with candy-inspired cocktails, on-stage contests, artisan vendors, a concession stand full of food, and more.
Considered to be one of the sweetest days of the year, March 29, 2020 will mark the return of the Sweet Tooth Festival, hosted by Step Out Buffalo and The Cheesecake Guy.
Putting nearly every dessert and locally-loved sweet you can imagine under one roof at Buffalo Riverworks, you’ll be amazed by all the different activities that are set up here.
So far, more than 20 dessert vendors have been confirmed for this festival. Curious as to who you will expect to see?
Every ticket to the event will give you access to bite-sized samples from each dessert vendor, even equipping you with a to-go box that you can fill with any sweets you don’t finish. This festival has thought of everything!
Local favorites like Anderson’s, Fowler’s Chocolates, Peace Love & Little Donuts of Buffalo, and Main Street Ice Cream will all be in attendance.
As attendees of the festival, you’ll also be a judge, with awards like Best Overall Dessert, Best Presentation, and Opposites Attract set up so you can cast your vote.
Broken up into two sessions, the first from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and the second from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, pick which time works best for you and grab your tickets to this year's Sweet Tooth Festival before they sell out!
