2. Minus5 Ice Bar —

Note: Unfortunately Minus5 in New York has closed. If you want the Minus5 experience you'll need to head to Las Vegas.
The only year-round ice bar that you'll be able to find in New York, the Big Apple's Minus5 Ice Bar is a one-of-a-kind experience. Those who purchase one of Minus5's ice bar experiences will get their own cozy parka and gloves to help keep you warm during your time here. The bar also offers upgrades that will get you faux fur coats, souvenir hats, framed photos, and specialty drinks.
3. 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel — Clayton
A great place to spend the night when you're looking to visit the 1000 Islands, this year the 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel will once again be hosting its Fire & Ice Celebration. The event is usually held the second week in February so keep an eye out for event details. The hotel will have its own ice bar accompanied by other exciting ice sculptures and structures. Of course, the main draw is the winter-themed craft drinks that warm you up from the inside.
4. Prime — Saratoga Springs
A fun winter feature of Saratoga National's Prime restaurant, the annual Prime Polar Ice Bar will be all set to enjoy at the end of February. Both an indoor and outdoor experience, the Prime Polar Ice Bar will feature drinks, food, complimentary hot chocolate, selfie ice stands, music, and so much more. Keep an eye out for details on its Facebook page as it gets closer to February.
5. Fort William Henry Hotel — Lake George
Hosting its annual ice bar event in February, Fort William Henry creates a cozy atmosphere for its winter guests with an ice bar and ice sculptures. At this chilly event, you'll be able to keep warm by their fire pit or enjoy some hot soup in between enjoying the fun activities they have planned out. 6. The Mill — Round Lake
Opening up in early February, The Mill's ice bar will be open every Friday and Saturday during the month of February. The 30-foot-long ice bar is just one of the things that make up the month-long Fire & Ice Days, with other exciting activities like ice luge drinks and shuffleboards made out of ice. 7. Bailey's Saratoga - Saratoga Springs
Get ready football fans because Bailey's Saratoga is having its annual ice bar event on Super Bowl weekend! This historic cafe in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY gets chilly with ice sculptures, an ice bar, and specialty icy cocktails for a little Sunday Funday ice bar event.
