Grab your appetite, it's time to see what this heavenly attraction is made of.
Get ready to feast your eyes a garlic lover's dream come true: the 15th Annual Cuba Garlic Festival.
Down in the small town of Cuba in Allegany County, the Garlic Festival will be happening this year on Saturday, September 21st and Sunday, September 22nd.
Head to the McKinney Stables on South Street and you'll have the opportunity to be in the presence of royalty as a Garlic King and Queen are crowned.
On this massive property, you'll be able to experience all sorts activities and demonstrations that are hosted by a variety of local vendors.
For many, the star of the Garlic Festival is the fact that you can come out and enjoy cooking, garlic braiding, and other incredible demonstrations.
With more than 140 vendors setting up shop at this festival, you'll be able to find a little bit of everything when it comes to garlic and local goods under each tent.
Also, be sure to keep an eye out for all the walking cloves of garlic!
In the past, the festival has showcased things like the Monster Garlic Bulb Contest, garlic braiding demonstrations, amateur wine-making competitions, and fun storytime events for kids.
Out of all the things that make up this event, our favorite parts are the areas like the Garlic Heaven Food Alley that's made up of garlic themed foods...
...the Garlic Marketplace where local farms from all over Western New York come and showcase their fresh garlic, braids, and prepackaged foods, and the Garlic Expressions Alley, where you'll find arts, crafts, and garlic-themed items for sale.
If you happen to be bringing younger guests with you, you'll find over 10,000 square feet of "just for kids" fun, with pony rides, face painting, a kids corral, and other activities.
