2. Comfi, Old Bridge

This Polish/American restaurant offers some seriously mouth-watering breakfast options. Pictured is the Sweet Snazz - a dessert breakfast concoction. It's a croissant topped with fresh fruit, AND sweet batter, powdered sugar, and Nutella. Yum.

3. Amy's Omelette House, Cherry Hill/Long Branch/Burlington

This epic breakfast spot offers 222 different types of omelettes along with pancakes, waffles, and more. If you're an omelette lover, this is the place to be.

4. Rutherford Pancake House, Rutherford

Breakfast favorites and great service. Their motto is family, friends, flapjacks.

5. Hansel 'n Griddle, New Brunswick/Somerville/Red Bank/Hoboken

This popular breakfast spot offers fluffy buttermilk pancakes and great build-your-own omelet options.

6. Shut Up And Eat!, Toms River

This quirky spot has won numerous awards over the years, including best breakfast in Ocean County by Asbury Park Press. There are so many delectable dishes to choose from, but the stuffed French Toast is a favorite.

7. Granny's Pancake House, Hamburg

This family-owned business will make you feel at home. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in grandma's kitchen!

8. Jammin' Crepes, Princeton

This hip breakfast spot offers sweet and savory crepes made with fresh, local ingredients. Pictured above is the 20-layer crepe cake.

9. OC Surf Cafe, Ocean City

This Hawaiian-themed breakfast spot offers a unique menu with items including the egg and avocado Aloha Plate. Enjoy tropical drinks as well, like the Kelly Kelly - a pineapple iced tea.

10. The Fine Diner, Clinton

Enjoy great grub and a fun, friendly atmosphere. The prices are right and the food's a delight.

11. The Buttered Biscuit, Bradley Beach

Start your day off right with the delicious dishes you'll find here! The famous grilled crumb cake is a favorite. Maui Meg's French Toast is also a fantastic choice - grilled banana bread topped with crushed Macadamia nuts and toasted coconut.

The atmosphere and friendly service make this breakfast spot stand out. It has a charming, small-town vibe and supersized pancakes.

13. Brownstone Diner & Pancake House, Jersey City/Edgewater

Enjoy an extensive menu of appetizing options; it's difficult to choose a favorite dish! This restaurant was featured on Guy Fieri's "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives," and with good reason. Have you ever tried a scrumptious sandwich wrapped in a pancake? It's incredible.

14. Brick Farm Market, Hopewell

The breakfast menu is on the smaller side, but still satisfying. The best part? The food served here is farm fresh and local.

15. Slater's Deli, Leonardo

Since we're talking Jersey breakfasts, we HAD to share one of the best Taylor Ham/Pork Roll Sandwiches in the state. You can find it here - the Slater Slider. Dive into six thick slices of pork roll, two eggs, potatoes and four slices of cheese. Customers love it.
