American Dream had a rough ride to get here, but the massive megamall complex in East Rutherford has become a hub of shopping, entertainment, and dining. And on that last front, it's now home to an exciting new celebrity restaurant in NJ! Just opened for its soft opening week in early December, Marcus Live! is an innovative new bar and grill owned by the famous Ethiopian-Swedish chef Marcus Samuelsson. Samuelsson became a household name among food lovers for his creative modern Nordic cuisine, as well as his many appearances in cooking competitions - where he often trounced his competitors. He's making his American Dream debut with a restaurant with an open kitchen concept and a menu full of fusion twists on classic fare.
