Cabbage really isn't my thing. I don't want it unless it's paired with corned beef and I'm most certainly not interested in having it for dessert. At least I wasn't until today... Tous les Jours is a Korean bakery focused on French-Asian inspired treats. They offer a wide selection of goodies including taro buns and sweet rice donuts.
One of their most iconic dishes is the kimchi croquette. Sweet and savory, it offers a unique blend of flavors.
Kimchi is traditionally a side dish, made of salted and fermented vegetables, such as napa cabbage and Korean radish, combined with a widely varying selection of seasonings.
The kimchi croquette is crispy, crunchy, and full of flavor, but it's not all you'll find at this bakery.
They've got amazing breads, pastries, pies, and donuts. Favorites include the strawberry cream soboro and caramel apple pie.
Another special treat is the milk bread. It's so soft and fluffy! Try the whole milk loaf or the + milk bread. They're airy and light to the touch but the taste absolutely beats the look and feel.
Best of all, there are no artificial ingredients and pastries are baked fresh daily.
If breads, pastries, and donuts aren't your thing, go for one of their mouthwatering cakes. There are plenty of options and they all look delicious.
Last, but not least, if you want more than dessert, they offer a selection of salads, sandwiches, and small plates.
