The Airfield Cafe is located right on the runway of Hampton Airfield, a small airfield where you'll see plenty of private planes coming and going. The cafe has been running since 1996, and it's owned by the nicest family.
Their deck overlooks all of the action! These aren't huge jets, so you won't be overwhelmed by the noise. Instead, you'll just be thrilled by watching them take off and land!
If it's too rainy or cold, there are great views from inside the cafe as well - plus you'll love the airplane themed decor.
The cafe serves breakfast and lunch all year, and is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. every day. It's not a fancy spot at all, but they turn out consistently delicious food that would bring customers back even without the views.
You'll have a hard time deciding between the breakfast and lunch dishes - they're all sure to satisfy.
