With a name like that, Delaney's had to be first on our list. But really, the food here is great, even if the menu will raise your eyebrow with American favorites and sushi. Whatever you order, you won't be disappointed.

2. Margi's Dream Diner, Manchester

Blink once and you'll miss Margi's, which looks more like a house than a diner. However, stop in for breakfast or lunch and you'll know why this is hailed as Manchester's best kept secret.

3. Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine, Hanover

When you get to the restaurant and have to walk into the basement to eat, it's usually not a good sign. At Tuk Tuk, however, the food is so good you won't even mind eating underground.

4. Beefside, Concord

Every roast beef shop claims to be world famous, but Beefside really is that good. If you're looking for good food with no frills, this is the place for you.

You don't even have to know what Pho is to appreciate the delicious taste at this Vietnamese noodle bar. The rare 5-star yelp review says all you need to know.

This picture of the outside of Area 23 looks more like a haunted house than somewhere you want to have a beer. But trust us, once you're inside you'll love the warm atmosphere, great brews, and good food. It's no wonder this new bar has been receiving state-wide attention.

7. Lexi's Joint, Portsmouth

You may not think of burgers as a worthy dinner option. If so, you haven't tried Lexi's burgers. From the healthy to the oh-so-bad-for-you, Lexi's burgers will leave your mouth watering.

8. Kashmir Indian Cuisine, Salem

New Hampshire isn't exactly known for its Indian Cuisine, but this hole in the wall restaurant in Salem draws Indian food lovers from all over New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
