2. George's Diner, Meredith

Okay, okay we know - these aren't pancakes. But, when they waffles are this good they've got to sneak their way onto the list. Get an order of both to make the perfect breakfast experience come to life. Visit them at: 10 Plymouth St., Meredith / 603-279-8723.

3. The Little Creperie, Concord

These might not be the pancakes you expect to see in a pancake shop, but they might be even better. Crepes, the thinner, slightly different version of American pancakes are just as packed with flavor if you go to the right place. And this is certainly the right place. 4. Four Aces Diner, West Lebanon

This little spot is a great one for all around wonderful breakfasts, but we especially love the fluffy pancakes. Served with a dusting of powdered sugar, you'll want to eat these slowly and savor them. Just kidding - gobble them up! They're located at: 23 Bridge St., Lebanon / 603-298-5515.

5. Suzie's Diner, Hudon

Sure, you can get your run-of-the-mill pancakes here. But, why would you? Not when you can get your stack topped with chocolate and graham crackers! If you like your breakfast like your like your desserts (nice and sweet!) you'll love this spot. Visit them at: 76 Lowell Rd., Hudson / 603-883-2741.

6. MaryAnn's Diner, Salem

The menu here is so extensive that you might be tempted to get something other than pancakes, but we promise that you pancakes are always a good idea. Plain or with butter and maple syrup - both will change your entire day. Visit them at: 3 Veterans Memorial Hwy., Salem / 603-893-9877.

7. Margi's Dream, Manchester

We love this place because of the cozy vibe and homemade food. But, the perfect and fluffy pancakes certainly don't hurt! Visit them at: 172 Hayward St., Manchester / 603-0627-7777.

8. Polly's Pancake Parlor, Sugar Hill

Is it coincidence that some of our favorite pancakes can be found in a town called Sugar Hill? We think not! Head here for the largest variety of the fluffiest, butteriest stacks in the state.
