Exploring Nevada's dining scene simply never gets old. After all, new and exciting restaurants seem to pop up all the time—each with something unique to offer. There are definitely a lot of great restaurants to check out when you feel like unleashing your inner foodie, but you'll want to be sure to pay extra attention to the three featured here. Recently, Yelp released a list of "America's Top 100 Places To Eat In 2020", and these three Nevada eateries all made the list! It just goes to show that you should never underestimate Nevada's dining options and there is ALWAYS a new food adventure waiting to be had.
1. Karved, Las Vegas
Consistently touted as one of the tastiest sandwich spots in Sin City, Karved is a modern American rotisserie that's serving it up like no other. Serving fresh and delicious chicken, beef, pork, salad, and sandwiches, this place specializes in modernizing your favorite comfort foods. The menu is a meat lover's dream (although there are veggie options, too!), boasting super stacked sandwiches and plates of gourmet rotisserie meats. It's evident that the people of Las Vegas love this place a lot, so stop on by and try it out for yourself.
2. Garlic Yuzu, Las Vegas
The second Las Vegas location to nab a spot on Yelp's Top 100 list, Garlic Yuzu has apparently already become a local favorite despite the fact that it opened only last June. Boasting Korean and Japanese fusion, Garlic Yuzu is a unique spot that will blow you away with its combination of classic Asian flavors in modernized fusion dishes. The menu consists of everything ranging from 24-Hour Slow Braised Korean Short Ribs to Tiger Shrimp and Gondre Risotto. Amassing a perfect 5-star rating on Yelp, we think it's safe to say the people have spoken on this hoppin' new spot!
3. Arario Midtown, Reno
Finally, the last Nevada restaurant to gain a feature on the Yelp list was Reno's Arario Midtown. This is another Korean-fusion restaurant, but you'll see that it's vastly different from Garlic Yuzu. Opened in 2017, Arario focuses on recreating dishes from all over the world with authentic Korean flavors. As a result, guests can enjoy one-of-a-kind dishes like the Bulgogi Bowl, Kimchee Gratin, and the Galbi Burger which pay homage to different cultures. Additionally, you'll have plenty of classic Korean dishes such as hot pot and tofu stew to enjoy when you're craving something authentic.
